Nocturnal is a sound intervention situated within an urban environment, exploring nature and its relationship with humans through a distributed sound installation. Speakers are strategically placed throughout the town center, where they subtly weave together natural sounds and sonic textures, allowing passersby to encounter an unexpected auditory experience within the everyday urban landscape. The work investigates alternative modes of perception and communication, moving beyond conventional forms of artistic presentation. In addition to its aesthetic dimension, the installation encourages reflection on ecosystems, natural forms of communication, and the human impact on the environment.
